Abstract (lt)

Pagrindinis straipsnio tikslas – išnagrinėti ir pateikti visus kriterijus, kurie turi įtakos efektyviam būstui kurti, ir apžvelgti naujų mažai energijos naudojančių, subalansuotų būsto statybos technologijų ir sistemų pritaikymą ir naudojimą Lietuvos gyvenamojoje statyboje.

Abstract (en)

The article focuses on the problems of living space and microclimate and suggests methods for improving the quality of the currently used buildings in order to aim at residential property that would be efficient both real estate developers and its users (residents). The goal of this article is to examine all criteria making impact on creating effective housing and to review the employment and use of the new balanced low energy sustainable technologies and systems applied in residential housing in Lithuania.
