Abstract (en)

At the meantime it is very important to have an efficient insulation in the block houses. Howewer insulation by external walls is not effective if the heating and ventilation systems are not efficient. Proposals are given for renovation of heating system of three-storey building. Standards are used for regulation of air flow volume. Calculation and justification of investments were made for the insolation of block house. Bibliography 2 tables, 4 pictures.
