Abstract (en)
The composition of soluble and localized in structural compartments of the cell proteins in winter rape development inflorescence, root collum and leaves were investigated during cold acclimation. It was revealed that cell proteins composition is one of essential biochemical factors that determine rape hardiness. The temperature ressistant proteins in cells are clarified. The presumption has been suggest that rape hardiness can to be increased by biotechnological means employing physiological analogues of auxin.
