Abstract (en)

Wrong waste management endangers environment and the health of humans. Collections of waste, bad waste storage projects are potential source of nature pollution. The Strategic Municipal Land/ill Network Plan conceptualises construction of regional landfills for municipal waste and estimates the costs of the closure of existing landfills and construction of the new ones also establishment of an integrated waste collection and sorting system encompassing the whole region This article was made considering to EU Waste landfill directive (1999/31/EB) and council of EU decision requirement on May 19th of 2002 (2Q03/33/EB) waste accepting to landfills, and establish waste acceptability in to different forms criterion of landfills. The most important criterions (TOC (total organic carbon). DOC (dissolved organic carbon), pH) of waste acceptability in different from of landfills in Lithuania are being analyze in this work.
