Integration in ES demands the reforms of quality of life adegnate as quality of life in ES. It’s a difficult process to reform health care system, which demands writes and direct management of technology, finance and humane resources. Lithuanian health care has been reforming sins 1990. The main problem of this reform is limited amounts of money, that’s way humane resources management is very important. Makes special model for Lithuania health care. The main parts of humane resousese management of health care are: the main purpose, environment, analyze of human resources and their work, the forecast of human resources, appreciation of budget, making programs of human recourses management, control.
