Abstract (en)
Research opportunities of scientific and technological progress cultural and human sequences depend a lot on the answer to the question if the technology has cultural value or not. It requires to go deeper into the essence of technology. However, old attitudes interfer with the cognition and human technical activity. It is not doubtful, that philosophical antropology cannot be developed resultatively without deeper researches of technology. It is important to explain the reason that a man is a technological being. In this article the determinants of human technical activity (biological, the necessity for cognition, the necessity for self-cognition, the perception of ethical values and reconstruction of materia) are analysed.
