Abstract

Lithuania has entered a new era of economies', and this type is called "knowledge economics" or "information society". It means that knowledge potential play more and more important role in an individual's lift. Part and position in an organization is influenced more by knowledge potential level of the individual. This tendency is expanding every day, more influenced by information technology development and global economy development stages. Need to study more and gel familiar with latest profession field news is proved by statisticaldata, that every year's average number of graduates from universities in Lithuania is growing. Growing importance of the knowledge potential is reached through competition among individuals inside the organization and general competition among organizations, that increases inner competition even more, because success of organization is closely connected to inner individuals, of which organization is formed.
