The technologies of sulphur removal from liquid fuel with the help of magnesium oxide are superior comparing with the technologies introduced into EU countries, and which are based upon the obtaining of technogenous smoke gypsum". Applying this method solid waste accumulates („smoke gypsum") whose further processing requires big investment. A new technology is proposed in this study when all fuel mass is modified by magnesium combinations. The most important stage of the technology in the scheme of sulphur free liquid fuel production is the preparation of modified mazout. The modified liquid fuel with an addition of magnesium combinations is ascribed to concentrated emulsions of water-in-oil type. Modifying mazout in the initial stage its emulgation takes place and physical-chemical processes of modified mazout are performed (Mg(OH)2 and sulphur contacts). The process of desulphurization with an additive of magnesium oxide ends during combustion of modified liquid fuel with formation of magnesium sulphate. As MgO raw material of desulphurization is expensive, the obtained ashes are possible to regenerate in a chemical way and to obtain ferbilizer ammonium sulphate.
