Abstract (en)

The purpose of this paper is to reveal the main aspects of knowledge management in organizational activity. There are discussed methods which are used in integration of knowledge management into organizational activity. This paper is solving successful knowledge management system integration in general organization system. The purpose of this integration is to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of organization, what is extremely important for every organization in this dynamic environment. There are described main criterions which are crucial during knowledge management integration into organization seeking success. Also there are discussed the main criterions of successful knowledge intensive organizations.
