The problem of historical center of old cities reconstruction is very important [3]. All decisions are to be supported by detail analysis. The building reconstruction problem oriented for buying and selling after the reconstruction is under the investigation in the paper. Different variants of the problem's solution could be estimated on criteria attributed to the three groups: different types of expenses; different aspects of building's location and building's quality after the reconstruction.
