The investment of money in a project is becoming a significant problem due to rapid economic, technological and social development. The managers of companies should spend the majority of their time making investment decisions (Hopkin 2009). The process of making an in vestment decision is directly related to the assessment of many theoretical and practical problems of organization and management of economic activities (Haimes 2009). The investor, making investment decisions, is faced with business risk, the problems of complex project evaluation, the selection of the best alternative, etc.[...].
