Straipsnyje nagrinėjami kompiuteriniai saugos incidentai, valdymo procesai bei tipai.
The article analyses computer security incidents, management processes and types. It identifies the principles used to identify the most common incidents. It analyses the activities of the Security Operations Centre (SOC), its main functions and the technologies and instruments used. Security incident management helps to reduce the risk of damage caused by security incidents. Security incidents can be either deliberate attempts to harm a company or its IT infrastructure, or accidental threats to a company's security. A security incident can be any event that means that an organisation's systems or data have been compromised or that the security controls used to protect them have failed. The activities and responsibilities of Technologijos ir menas, 2024/15 ISSN 2783-8064 81 the center's staff are described. The analysis has shown that the instruments and technologies used in security incident management range from SIEM applications to specific legal documents. It also found that modern technologies, such as automation and proactive threat management, enable more effective and faster responses to cyber threats.
