The analysis of the housing construction condition is presented, and there has been dislosed the objective and subjective reasons for the crisis. It has been ascertained the systems, effecting the housing contruction and demabd in the market and their main trends. There has been presented the sugestions, encouraging the people to save, to develop the lending system, to improve the governmental support forms.
