Abstract (en)

In complicated cases, the dependence between current and voltage is far from a simple analytical relation. We start from the classical results for simple distributions of charges and voltages and show that in the general case application of the fractional calculus is more appropriate The fractional generalization of the experimental current-voltage depen-dence in the paper capacitor is proposed. The theoretical and experimental coincidence is obtained.
