Abstract (en)

The project was implemented in 1999, in a very dear city for us Seinai. Spatial composition of the object that consists of several different volumes, by the whole its appearance fits to the architectural context of this part of the city. Offices bearing different functions: Consulate, Culture center, hotel, cafe, shop have settled in the building. The building itself does not represent any modern or particularly impressive stylistic.
