Professor, Doctor Habil Anatolijus Rozenbliumas created an original theory of calculating the reinforced concrete deformations. The theory was recognized by the most outstanding specialists in this field in the former Soviet Union and abroad. The professor raised a school of researchers on based reinforced concrete structures, the members of which have developed research on structural engineering in Lithuania.
