Abstract (en)
The problem of this topic is related to the movement of food products in the territory of the EU Community. The changes in the supply of goods and production that occurred due to the pandemic COVID-19 and the outbreak of the war in Ukraine and the impact of these and other global factors on trade and their supply chains (SC) are evaluated. The adaptation actions of companies in the event of supply chain disruptions are reviewed. Supply chain disruptions in the international trade of foodstuffs, including table salt, can occur for a variety of reasons. We will examine it with the examples of Lithuania, Ukraine and Poland.
