Straipsnyje analizuojama jūrų krovinių ekspedijavimo veikla. Objektas tiriamas personalo darbo planavimo požiūriu. Darbo tikslas – numatyti UAB ,,Arijus“ Ekspedijavimo departamento personalo darbo planavimo gerinimo galimybes, apibūdinant jūrų krovinių ekspedijavimo sampratą, aptariant personalo darbo strategijas, vertinant UAB ,,Arijus“ Ekspedijavimo departamento darbuotojų poziciją veiklos planavimo atžvilgiu, taikant mokslinės literatūros analizę, apklausą raštu, statistinę analizę, interpretaciją, hipotetinį modeliavimą, sintezę. Metodologinė nuostata – konstruktyvizmas, nurodantis tyrimuose atsižvelgti į subjektyvų individo požiūrį, kaip unikalų jo suvokimo konstruktą, kuris aktualus vertinant ekpedijavimo veiklos planavimo problematiką tyrime taikant apklausą raštu.
The maritime freight forwarding activity is analysed in the paper. The object is investigated from thepoint of view of staff work planning. The aim of the research is a prediction of staff work planning possibilities at the UAB „Arijus“ Forwarding department by discussing a conception ofthe maritime freight forwarding, by considering strategies of the staff work, by evaluating a position of workers of the mentioned department regarding activity planning, by applying the research methods such as scientific literature analysis, written survey, statistical analysis, interpretation, hypothetical modelling and synthesis. The methodological principle is constructivism, which orients to respect the individual’s subjective view as a unique construct of his/her perception that is relevant by evaluating the planning as a problem of thefreight forwarding activity by applying the written survey in the research. Forwarding department staff work planning is evaluated according to Forwarding department staff work planning criteria.While evaluating UAB “ArijusˮForwarding department activity from work planning point of view there can be disadvantages due to lack of information flow and miscommunication between the colleagues. The shortcomings that were identified are considered to be problem areas and solution of these problems would help to improve Forwarding department staff work planning. If the Forwarding department pursuit of similar goals, communication between colleagues and usage of imformation flow were optimized, work planning improvement could be effective. All of this would help to avoid bigger misunderstandings in the process of forwarding activities.
