In this article, buildings exterior heating works strategy in Santariškių hospital complex is discussed. For the first time, the strategy is projected to analyze complex configuration facade heating problems. For this purpose, process of strategy is stratified according to its structural elements: results of experiments, estimation of surrounding environment changes, prognostication of structural management details, strategy planning and strategy management.
