Abstract (en)
The analysis of accidents in construction companies shows that the main reasons are non-compliance with standard acts, insufficient training of workers, poor work organisation, the absence of security measures, and unprepared work places. The integrated safety management strategy of a construction company includes the main aspects of accident prevention and safety management improvement at the company's and project level. Preparation of a construction project realization plan, evaluation of risk factors, estimation of risk zones, general and personal safety measurements planning become the most important safety management tools.
