Changing environment around the company is force for changes in the decision making system in the company, based on collection and transferring the information from the bottom to the top level of the company. Main problems in the information distribution system in the company caused by people. Those companies which are not care about the management of information systems will have a lot of problems in the future. Those companies will not be able to accumulate previous experience, observe an environment. For solving of the information management is necessary to change the management structures in the company.
