Topics of Lithuanian labour market are or particular importance. The article provides the tendencies of' Lithuanian There is noticed a constant search tor optimal decisions to unemployment during the period of accessing to the EU, decrease unemployment and increase the competitiveness labour market changes and the perspectives of employment of the country and its separate territories. While forming and promotion policy during the convergence period into the implementing regional policy it is requisite to access each the general EU labour market, region as a separate economical - social system, and identify the key factors impacting its development.
