Abstract (lt)

Aptariami aviacijos specialistų poreikio Lietuvos civilinei ir karo aviacijai analizės rezultatai. Pateikiama Lietuvos apsirūpinimo specialistais analizė, esama situacija, specialistų skaičiaus kitimo prognozė ir specialistų rengimo dinamika.

Abstract (en)

The article deals with the problems of the needs in the civil and military aviation specialists in Lithuania. There are analysed the situation of the satisfaction of the needs in aviation specialists and the trends of the specialists of the different specialities. The projection in the supplying Lithuanian aviation with the specialists is presented in the article and the needs for the training of the certain specialists are evaluated.
