This article deals with the problems of Real Estate investment. The article overlooks the participants and steps in the Real Estate investment process, the process analyses and decision making principles. Finally, this article analyses Real Estate investment strategy of financially developed countries with the idea that this strategy could be adapted to the needs of Lithuania.
