Abstract (en)
working capacity indicators of the residents. The hypothesis has been partly proved. However, the entireness of the correlative relations was adequate for understanding of the problem's complexity and a valuable attribute for the differentiated program's formation for urban reconstruction. The authors assume that co-operation of professionals in different sectors could provide conditions for a similar project's realization in order to identify residents' problems and proportions for urban development and reconstruction.
