Lithuania by joining European Union's single market in 2004 expounded international cooperation. Export is one of the easiest ways to enter foreign market and so is very important for all companies. But there exist a problem because of international environment and influence of internal companies' which demands a lot of resources time, wish and interest of managers and employees, various changes. The most important external and internal factors which influence export and which arc relevant to possibilities of export expansion are described.
