Abstract (en)
ICT have been in the front of change bringing new products and services, transforming our lifestyle, changing rules of the market place and values. However needs of industrial and modern knowledge societies differ. Public sector is often described as inefficient, expensive, and citizens are not satisfied with public management and distribution of their taxes. This paper's objective is to analyze ICT impact on public sector's management. The paper identifies main public management piiiuiples and studies core variation trends stipulated by ICT, introduces survey results of officials' attitudes towards ICT use in public sector.
