Air pollution our days is one of the most complicated environment protection solved problems. The main sources of air pollution these days are energetic, transport, industry and agriculture waste. The main pollutants of atmosphere are: ozone, nitrogenous axide and other. There is possibility to decrease pollutants emission to surrounding, by using effective air cleaning technologies and equipments. Absorption thermal and cathalitic oxidation -the most popular air cleaning methods in all over the world. In many industry branches, during the industrial processes, the organic compounds. For the purpose to neutralise there compounds biological air cleaning is used. The main point of biological cleaning- separating of organic compounds of harmful particles, usually carbon dioxide (CO2) to water (H2O). During this process environmental air from pollutants is cleaned using micro organisms, which activity depends on temperature. Temperature, organic concentration, stock, type of bio medium, humidity. Pressure is one of the most essential biological air cleaning effectiveness index. The purpose of this master thesis is to analyze temperature variation influence to air cleaning process and to evaluate biofilter effectiveness during different temperature.
