Technologinių metodų parinkimas priklauso nuo pastato erdvinio-planinio bei konstrukcinio sprendimo. Statant surenkamus monolitinius stambiaplokščius pastatus, sudaryti tipinę technologiją netikslinga. Šiam atveju labiau tinka keliose tarp savęs susijusios lanksčios technologinės schemos, sudaromos atskiriems konstrukcijų ciklams atlikti. Pastatas skirstomas į technologinius kompleksus ir modulius, kuriems atlikti pasirenkama racionali technologija. Technologijos metodai parenkami kompleksiškai įvertinant keletą būdingų efektyvumo rodiklių. Šiam tikslui taikomi sprendimų priėmimo teorijos metodai.
The choice of technological methods depends on a spatial, planning and structural solution. It is unreasonable to make a typical technology constructing prefabricated monolithic large-panel buildings. In this case several interrelated flexible technological schemes are more suitable as they are intended for seperate cycles of constructions. A building is devided into technological complexes and modulus which are performed by means of national technology. Technological methods are chosen estimating several characteristic indicators of efficiency. The methods of decision theory are applied for this purpose.
