Abstract (en)
The paper discusses the problem of optimal configuration of electrodes in piezodrives. The task has the following conditions: to unify excitation voltage forms, achieve reverse motion and maximum coefficient of efficiency. Based on these conditions cos α [... e k] - the angle between the vector of the amplitude of the equivalent mechanical force and k eigenvector is achieved. The sign of cos α [... e k] depends only on the direction of the vector of the mechanical forces in the finite clement. The direction can be changed by changing the polarity of the voltage. The results of calculation of cos α [... e k] for the piezoelectric plate arc shown under two options of fixing conditions of the plate.
