Abstract

Unemployment among yout stays one of the most important issues in the labour area. That is why it is higly important to provide effective help to young people, who are having difficulties trying to get employed, as well as to provide employers with opportunities of finding the right candidate quickly. In this article there are discussed ways of providing these means and opportunities, fulfilled in the actually functioning project of the labour exchange for VGTU students, created with the help of collective work means. The labour exchange is an automated system, created as an internet application allowing companies and other employers to search for personal as well as to advertise for vacancies, and students to advertise their CV's as well as to find suitable job vacancies.
