In this work it were investigated the behavior and ways of distribution of radionuclides in the environment. The program for modeling of radionuclides migration processes in soil and plants is adduced. The analysis of Radioecological program in dependence on entered initial parameters is made. The migration of radionuclides in soils with different density, in 1 cm layer of soil during 20 years, and also it concentration in woody plants and grass, under different amount of nutrients, type of soils and others are observed. It is computated the penetration and distribution of radionuclides from 1954 year till 2000 year in simulating program in the territory of Lithuania. The amount of radionuclides would decrease twice under it sole initial deposition in 1954 year. Conducted comparison of simulating data also showed that specific activities of wood, namely birch, taking into account the errors, are coincide with obtained data during experiment. All this indicates about reliability of Radioecological software package.
