This article presents using the Intelligent Transportation Systems in frames of European structures, technology solution for transportation. Design of an intelligent traffic-control system proposed in the article by experience in creating intelligent traffic systems for every traffic control and traffic planning requirement. Significance of ITS is presented in this paper.
