Nowadays the importance of innovations is rising. The article deals with strategies, dynamics and intensive process of innovations adaptation. The paper presents the importance of innovation for business and economics development, role of international enterprises during innovations adaptation period. In the article theoretical and practical aspects of innovations adaptation are analysed; practice of innovations adaptation in retail trade multinational enterprises are presented. The study shows that adaptation of innovations in the retail trade in multinational enterprises is higher than in national ones, that multinational enterprises and their subsidiaries are more suitable for fast adaptation of innovations.
