Abstract (en)

The results of modeling transitional processes in comparator circuits of microwave band analog-to-digital converters (ADC) with differet microstrip signal line configurations and parameters are presented. The designed layouts of the 6-bit microwave ADC comparator circuit with different layout structures are presented. Modeling of equivalent circuits of the designed layouts was performed and the modeling results are presented.
