Abstract (en)
Air pollution in our days is one of the most complicated environment protection solved problems. There are many different air-cleaning methods used nowadays. The following are the main features that determine the choice of a method: a high cleaning efficacy, formation of non-harmful products and a low price. When removing volatile organic compounds from air better is use biological air cleaning. In this process environmental air from pollutants is cleaned using microorganisms, which activity depends on temperature. Biological air cleaning effectiveness also depends from organic concentration, stock, type of biomedium, humidity and a pressure is one of the most essential biological air-cleaning effectiveness index.
