The article “Foreign direct investments legal infrastrukture” presents laws of the Republic of Lithuania on foreign direct investors, taxes applied, duty taxes and priveleges. Foreign direct investments are regulated by “The law on LR foreign capital investments in the Republic of Lithuania”. The article analysis the major problems connectid with foreign investors, and ecqueints with the priveleges applied to foreign investors.
