Abstract (en)

The theoretical questions of motor vehicles overtaking in different road conditions and situations are considered. The concrete examples of real accidents are given. Mechanism of turn up, course and realisation of conflict and perilous situations are definite. Well-founded scientific conclusions of fixing motor vehicle's positions in every overtaking are given. This universal methodical is believed to give good results in expert practice. The methodical makes lighter to describe conflict and perilous situations during overtaking manoeuvring with purpose to determine causes of accidents and technical possibilities of drives to avoid crashes.
