Straipsnyje analizuojami įmonių reabilitavimo procesai ir procedūros: reabilitavimo esmė, problemos esama padėtis, patirtis organizuojant įmonių reabilitavimo procesus ir sprendžiant problemas. Pateikiama reabilitavimo kaštų struktūra, jų skaičiavimo metodika bei pasiūlymai dėl įmonių reabilitavimo procesų tobulinimo Lietuvoje.

Abstract (en)

The article deals with analysis of enterprise rehabilitation processes and procedures, essence of rehabilitation, situation of problem research, practice in organization of rehabilitation procedures. The analysis of statistical data shows, that average annual bankruptcies in Lithuania accedes 700 entities and that sanction, reorganization and restructuring were not much successful. The structure of explicit and implicit costs are analysed and the structure of net rehabilitation costs are provided. The article discovers the main weaknesses and problems of enterprise rehabilitation in Lithuania., which of them are to be solved in nearest future. Also it sets forth the methodology of rehabilitation costs calculation for different insolvency circustomses as well as suggestions for improvement of rehabilitation procedures in Lithuania.
