The successful development and effective activity of an enterprise depend on innovations. Generally, the innovative process can be interpreted as a renovation process that means the merge of technological possibilities and market requirements in the boundaries of different enterprises. The innovative plan depends on the risk and uncertainty because innovations lead to unplanned changes. Therefore, the innovative plan of the enterprise has to be versatile. The enterprise itself has to realise and dispose the new information, respond to the consumers’ demands’ changes very fast. An article deals with the reasons stimulating innovations, directs the steps, principles and laws of the preparation of the innovative plan, and the problems arising for the enterprise preparing and executing the innovative plan.
