Abstract (en)

The article considers the problems of energy conservation at all stages of the construction process (investments, project, construction, maintenance of buildings). A presented scheme of the conservation of energy in the course of constructing is given expanded comments on. Possible local energy resources of the Republic are defined separately. The officially considered amount, characteristics of resources and the possibility to use them in the construction process are described and given a characteristic. Some methods of using alternative energy saving resources for the organisation of construction are considered on the basis of energy saving concept and model. Some alternative ways of using new energy saving technologies based on local energy resources are presented. Possible areas of their application in the conditions of the new market are pointed out.
