In this study is provided Vilnius International Airport noise monitoring system and the results and analysis of noise measurements which were made in three points ( ≈ 2 km and ≈ 4 km to north from airport and on the west side of runway). For measurements were chosen B-735, SAAB-2000 and ART-42 type airplanes. In view of experimental research data was established that the maximum sound level of two types of airplanes, from three selected, according to hygienic norm HN 33-1:2003 “Acoustic noise. Permissible levels in living and work surroundings. Measurement methods common requirements“, was exceeded in all three points. Maximum sound level was registered in second point, it was about 94 dBA.
