The most effective method of the fire-explosion safety of the equipment, inside of which forming of inflammentable dust-aerial mixtures is possible, consists in reducing a dispersive system of interest to the inflammenability level that is a hard obstacle for the flame extending. Using the overcooled steam is a very perspective tool for this purpose.
