The research presents the concept of Sustainable Supply Chain Management (SSCM) in construction. The traditional SCM model should to be developed taking into account new condition and dynamic development of construction industry. SSCM model is based on respect to identification of problems by applying factors that affect SCM sustainability. The new concept of SSCM model is adopted for construction industry. Sustainable Supplier Chain Management problems can be solved as a multiple criteria decision making (MCDM) methods, models, instruments, etc. The effectiveness of the decision making processes could be increased by creation DSS and ICT instruments.
