Successful construction business mostby depends on personnel competence and decision quality. So for better work the situation and work environment for company’s personnel is a decisive factor.| Not only the company head takes care of personnel work environment and work conditions. The government arranges safety and healthy work regulation standards. This article analyses the work safety systems in construction companies, their control, their rights, economy, their offers for integrated and effective construction company’s work and safety systems evaluation/control model.
