Straipsnyje nagrinėjama krovinių pristatymo gavėjui vėlavimo priežasčių problema. Apžvelgti teoriniai kitų autorių darbai, pateikta teorinė logistikos samprata, įvardintos krovinių pristatymo vėlavimo priežastys ir pateikti pasiūlymai joms šalinti.

Late goods delivery to the customer is a big problem for all transport companies. There is review of other author articles about logistics, the reasons of late cargos deliveries to clients and probable solutions of the problems.
