Abstract (en)

The business plan and the investment project Is the most important for the planning and organization of industry and construction business. There are shown some problems of investment project preparation. The project development circle comprises the pre-investment, the investment and the operational phases. Each of these three major phases is divisible into stages, some of witch constitute important industrial activities. The most important is the pre-investment phase. Financial evaluation should preferably rely on discounting methods and incorporate sensitivity analysis. Projects should also be evaluated from the aspect of the direct and indirect effects on the national economy.
