Abstract (en)

The article analyses the issues of projecting the demand of cargo carrying, passenger carrying, forwarding, warehousing and other services provided by transport companies, the analysis is provided on the life cycle phases of a transport service as well as the projection model for the transport services demand in a specific transport company for a number of years.
