Abstract (lt)

Straipsnyje aptariami informacinės sistemos kūrimo etapai. Aptariamas verslo valdymo sistemos projektavimas, strateginio plano parengimo būtinybė. Pateikiami klientų strategijos pagrindiniai veiksniai, pagrindinės CRM funkcijos, nagrinėjama CRM nauda.

In this article we are talking about the stages of the information systems development. We have discussed the planning of the business management systems, the importance of the strategical plan preparation. There are introduction to the main elements of the client strategy and to the main CRM functions.
