Abstract (en)

Work analyzes rapidly growing Lithuanian investment market and different kinds of problems which investors face, furthermore work suggest possible solutions to these problems. The article investigates the problem of optimal investment when a decision must be taken to which projects and what amounts of funds are o be invested. The purpose of this work is to present the analysis of different investment evaluation methodologies and offer methodologies improvement possibilities.
